Regarding shipping

Goods sold will be shipped within 3 days (excluding holidays) under normal circumstances. On will select qualified logistics providers as delivery carriers. Currently, the delivery range is limited to mainland China.

What is the return policy?

The online store offers a 7-day no-reason return policy. Within 7 days of receiving the goods (based on the date of receipt), if the goods and packaging remain in their original condition as sold by the OnAngpao official online store, we will provide a full refund after receiving the returned goods and verifying that they meet the return conditions. However, if the returned product is inconsistent with the purchased product, the packaging is damaged, the goods are dirty, or accessories are missing, we will not be able to provide a return or exchange service, and you will need to bear the relevant shipping costs.
